You have deleted my vip account! I want my money back or I will report you to the Google! You are one of the worst dating apps ever created! Guys stay away from this app! You might loose your money! Customer service is like robot, keep asking for same information despite giving them what they ask and no progress! They know how to waste your time and money! So if you have problems, they pretend to make effort and they do absolutely nothing!!!
Previously this was a good app, now it's just a bad joke. either the app is a fake or all profiles are. I installed it 3 times and always only 3 responses. After this I could do everything but always same result. Nothing. Plus, the free 7 days VIP has to be paid before I got 7 days. If I don't "accept the offer" it's so annoying that the pop up appears again and again...

What a scam!!! This Jaumo company has several apps in Google Play! I tried the main and some others. My experience: they are all the same network, the same users! I got a like, we matched, wrote to her and got a reply but there is no message in the message section! I doubt i missed it unless it's hidden in a secret tap function... not willing to waste more time. Later i got again the same person for like or next. I wrote to Jens (app's creator) for help who had hypocriticly welcomed me but i was ignored. Also the distance is not respected and it's full of intrusive ads and errors. Don't get fooled, Jaumo apps are garbage!

I think it's sexest that men gotta pay to use this app an the women don't have to pay for there account I give this app 2 stars until the problem is fixed or my account is deleted
