Keep in mind

There is no way to progress in the game without spending actual money to advance. There's not many option to collect gems (i.e. watch ad videos). I spent $5.99 for the 60 gem package and couldn't even complete one restaurant!
Update: It has been over a year and still there’s not a way to earn gems and you can not advance without a ridiculous amount of gems. Lowering to one star.

I used to love this game but recently its stopped working offline, which I find annoying. That used to be one of my favorite things about it was that I could play it anytime anywhere without needing an internet connection and it’s pretty disappointing. I’d honestly change this to 5 stars if they would change that back because I love everything else. The only other problem I have is what others are saying about it taking a long time to get gems. You can get them for daily rewards and when you level up, but it feels like it takes too long since some things cost a LOT of gems, like unlocking new restaurants for 20 or kitchen upgrades for 15 when you only get 2 gems a day. If you don’t mind having to wait a while, it isn’t that bad though.
